What I've worked on

Most recently at Deno, on the cloud platform that runs JavaScript and TypeScript at the edge. My time went into the control plane and the runner. That means orchestration, metering, billing, edge routing, and the long tail of reliability work that keeps a multi-tenant system honest.

• Rust services for the runner and proxy.
• TypeScript services and tooling for the control plane.
• Usage metering with ClickHouse, billing with Stripe and Orb.
• Node.js compatibility in the Deno runtime.

Before Deno

I was at Nimbella, building chat-driven cloud tooling and a Netlify build plugin. Earlier I contributed to Deno and a few TypeScript libraries as part of the open source community.

Other interests

I play cricket and dabble with financial markets without clearly understanding them.
